Dr. Glasser was born and raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina for her undergraduate degree in Biology and graduated in 1987. She then attended medical school at the University of North Carolina. For her general surgery training, she attended the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Rebecca Glasser trained a year at the University of Florida in Jacksonville in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and then went to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to complete her plastic surgery training.

She initially began practice as an assistant professor at the University of Florida at Shands Jacksonville in the year 2000. There, she was able to get involved in the teaching aspect of medicine working both with surgery residents as well as medical students. She was then in private practice for many years in Jacksonville, Florida specializing more in breast cancer reconstruction and aesthetics. She moved out to Grand Junction, Colorado for the lifestyle. After operating for many years at Family Health West, Community Hospital and St. Mary’s, she left her surgical practice in 2018. Dr. Glasser now specializes in reversing the signs of aging through non surgical means. Her goal is to help men and women feel more confident in their own skin.
