Procedures offered by Dr. Rebecca Glasser

Botox

Botox© Cosmetic is FDA-approved and has been used safely for over 20 years by Dr. Rebecca Glasser to treat a variety of cosmetic conditions. The popular injectable targets the facial wrinkles and frown lines that accentuate an appearance of being tired, angry or stressed. As one of Nature’s most potent nerve blockers, this purified protein is used in low doses to relax overactive facial muscles and remove unwanted signs of aging and sun damage. Cosmetic injections are typically administered in the upper third of the face as a temporary treatment for forehead wrinkles, frown lines between the eyebrows and crow’s feet around the eyes. Once the Botox solution takes effect, your face will appear more youthful and your skin will be free of fine lines for three to four months following the procedure.

Juvederm Family of Fillers

If you’re searching for the best way to reverse the signs of natural aging, dermal fillers have revolutionized today’s medical approach to the aging face. Injectable treatments offer an enticing alternative to more invasive surgical procedures and can correct asymmetry, reduce bags and circles under the eyes, provide lift to a sagging appearance, get rid of unwanted jowling, and provide a more youthful appearance. As your skin is exposed to the sun and other environmental pollutants, your cells gradually begin to dehydrate and lose hyaluronic acid. In turn, that can cause collagen and other fibers to lose their elasticity and structure. Noticeable results for improving such conditions can often be attained in less than an hour with JUVÉDERM® facial treatments designed to smooth facial contours and revitalize dehydrated skin.
